The experience of working over forty years in a variety of business and social settings has created confidence for Dr. Lacoste that in every problem the seeds of potential solutions are already growing.
His experience has focused mainly on designing and guiding transformative processes during times of business and organizational change. Projects such as the re-integration and re-skilling of manufacturing workers after a long labor dispute, re-engineering, rationalization, merger-integration and re-structuring processes, creation and implementation of business and employer branding have led to the development of methods that elegantly and organically assist those involved in reaching their goals.
These methods include: technical consultation on the design and implementation of basic human resource processes such as effective hiring, interview, training, performance management, executive education and coaching and process facilitation in change and innovation projects.
The major venue for his business experience has been working in organizational development and brand management in a Fortune 100, globally present manufacturing company from 1988 to his retirement in 2011. He has extensive experience in multicultural contexts having project experience in Asia, Europe and North and South America and speaks English, with German as a second language.
As even his name might suggest Ron-Kunga’s work and life demonstrate the power of integrating opposites, drawing from varied traditions and transforming difficulties, even failure into advantages. Presently he is learning how to be a first time grandfather while continuing his career as meditation instructor, executive and life-transition coach and change process facilitator.
