Confirmation of reservation
After you did your reservation you will receive a confirmation-mail from us:
- either confirming that your reservation has been received and your seminar place is reserved
- or a notification that due to the limited number of places your reservation could not be considered. In the later case we can put you on a waiting list.
With your reservation confirmation you receive a request for payment within 14 days, which we ask to fulfill to ensure your seminar place. If the balance remains unpaid after 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, especially if there are people on the seminar waiting list. In this case we will inform you and of course your request for payment is then no longer valid.
In order that we are able to link your money transfer to your reservation please make sure that the name of the participant you are paying for, the name of the seminar and the invoice number are stated in the reason for payment.
Terms of cancelation:
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
- Up to six weeks prior to seminar date: free of charge
- Between six and two weeks prior to seminar date the cancellation charge is 50%
- 13 days or fewer prior to seminar date the cancellation charge is 100%
We reserve the right to cancel or modify our seminars at any time.
In circumstances where we are unable to provide the seminar booked, we will return all monies paid or offer an alternative seminar.
